xpdf 3.00 wont emerge couse of missing patch xpdf-3.00-64bit.patch

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge xpdf
2.
3.

Actual Results:

i just removed the line in the ebuild "# epatch ${FILESDIR}/${PN}-3.00-64bit.patch"
and "ebuild xpdf-3.01.ebuild digest"
and reemerged it, since i don't have a 64cpu i don't need the patch

it's already fixed wait a couple of minutes before rsync

I waited and the patch file is here, but it is not listed in the ebuild
manifest, nor in the digest - hence:

!!! Security Violation: A file exists that is not in the manifest.
!!! File: files/xpdf-3.00-64bit.patch

Will this go away if I wait more ?
