Xine is able to play most asf files (except for WMV9) using just ffmpeg, but 
the asf demux is disabled if the windows codecs are not being used. This new 
ebuild will enable asf support in all cases.

Please, attach a unified diff next time, it is much easier to review. Anyway,
this  is a dupe.
