Please see attached SQL-Abstract-1.19.ebuild to install the SQL::Abstract perl
module.

SQL::Abstract is a perl module used to dynamically generate SQL from perl data
structures.  This package is needed by media-sound/slimserver.

Updated SlimServer ebuilds use distributed modules from upstream, so this ebuild is no longer necessary.
