handbook html files are inside
/docs/html/ on alpha & x86 but inside
/docs/handbook/html/ on other arches.

BTW, alpha minimal CD has them as well.

btw, ppc had been moved to /docs/html/, it went back again into
/docs/handbook/html/.

Fixed in current handbooks and 2005.1 ones.
