I've dropped mips keyword for vorbis-tools-1.0.1-r1, as I removed the  
(probably) artifacts of speex tests.  
It should be safe without the mips tests as speex is keyworded stable on mips,  
but I'd like to be sure, so if you (or someone else) can test and re-mark 
vorbis-tools-1.0.1-r1 ~mips, it would be great.
