qimhangul-0.0.2 has a serious problem to Korean 3-bul keyboard users.
There's no problem to Korean 2-bul keyboard users.

The problem is:
3-bul keyboard users cannot input any special letter, such as &#8251;, *, &#8220;, &#8221;, ', ~, ;, and so on.
