Fix the ${HOMPAGE}, provide better/updated ${DESCRIPTION}.
Add COPYING to docs.

headtail is included upstream in this release, removing "inherit fixheadtails"
Apply this patch after patch 66659.
Tested on x86 (P4 with 1Gb and 2GM RAM).
BTW, can anyone explain what exactly is this line for:
echo "$(tc-getCC) ${CFLAGS} -DPOSIX -c" > conf-cc
is it needed for 4.0.5 ?

I have just discovered memtester as an alternative to memtest86+. Trying to see the ${HOMEPAGE} I discovered it was not actual and that also there is a newer version than the one in portage. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Try to access the homepage Actual Results: No such IP. Expected Results: Get the homepage of memtester. Will provide a patch and updated ebuild.
