Bug 103403 – games-action/orbital-eunuchs-sniper doesn't work with -Os.

When OES is compiled with -Os, I get a segfault when I try to run it.  O2 works 
fine.

for gcc-4.1 there is nothing we can says at command line to make it work. Needed to fix code
Fix is now in portage
