Hi folks!

We are trying to get rid of mail-client/mailx as the default virtual/mailx in
favour of mail-client/nail since it is much better and upstream is alive.

So please test mail-client/nail-11.25-r1 and mark as apropiate. Target keywords are:

amd64 hppa ia64 ppc sparc

and

~mips ~ppc64

Seems to be working here (tested: mipsel o32, mips o32 and mips n32).  ~mips keyword added.
