Hi is it possible to add an ebuild fetcher and digester feature in the next portage?

for example:

fetchEbuild =packag-version-release will the ebuild from viewcvs.gentoo.org then
it will digest the ebuilds as well.

this feature would help solve dependencies when emerging binary package that are
missing ebuilds.

if i emerge a binary package.. it will check for dependencies too right.. if i
have those dependencies but not their ebuilds dependencies binaries will not get
emerged
