if you select to use a dynamic stage 3 on the "5. Stage" page of the installer
page 6 complains when you move on saying "You did not enter a portage snapshot
URI. Continue?" even though the URI is greyed out.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go through the GLI until you reach "5. Stage"
2. Select "Stage 3" 
3. Select "Dynamic"
4. push Forward
5. everything on this page is disabled but when you push forward it complains
about a portage snapshot URI not being entered.
