I aggregate news & updates from external sites on my personal webpage by using 
RSS files supplied by them.  For example, I use FreeBSD's RSS file for news 
pertaining to FreeBSD.   
 
Would be fantastic if Gentoo did the same for the front page news items and 
for significant ChangeLog entries. 
 
Just an idea...

As I see it right the rdf is still up-to-date.  Will you leave this bug open until a comment about this newsfeed is set on the website?

The rss feed doesn't seem to be updating.   I grabbed it today and there were no articles listed.

looks like  axkit is no longer parsing the rdf xml file and is instead passing it through to
the browser. i'm looking into this.

fixed. though i'm not sure how. apache/axkit restart prob did it.
