emerge fails for mod_php-5.0.4 due to dependency on >=net-www/apache-2.0.54-r10.
 However, this dependency is not noted in the ebuild nor in any of the eclass
files directly included.  The r10 dep is found in depend.apache.eclass, with no
comment or explanation of why this version is required.

Because it's not compatible w/ old Apache layout.
