The doc says we should grab the installation cds from this directory:  
releases/ppc/2005.1/ppc/installcd 
 
That is one too many "ppc", one mirror I checked has it here: 
/releases/ppc/2005.1/installcd/ 
 
This is also true for packagecd

I confirm. Checked 4 random mirrors, all have it at the same location mentioned
by Jan.
