Description
Rendhalver (RETIRED)
![]() we do have an app-emacs category. Matthew Kennedy is in charge of that. I'd like you, if you could please, to be in touch with him, reassigning XEmacs does its packages very differently to emacs, it has a package management system for a start, so a new category would be preferable to putting them in app-emacs. Mathew do you have a problem with this? there are currently 112 official XEmacs packages that get built by me the ebuilds would basically install those packages in the appropriate place for XEmacs to use them and as the builder of these packages i would keep them up to date i did noticed the base packages that get installed with XEmacs are a bit out of date so i would like to update those as well. i'll close this since we're working on it |
