When using: rsync.namerica.gentoo.org
I do not get the correct results when I sync.  There are no gcc-4.1 ebuilds in
sys-devel/gcc, so the Manifest is wrong (which is the old version anyway),
causing a Manifest failure so people can not emerge GCC.

Using rsync.gentoo.org I get the correct results, so some mirrors are not
syncing properly somewhere.  I got bad results using 2 of the mirrors in the
namerica pool, and a bunch of people on the forums have stated the same issue
(unsure if they are also using namerica).
