hi!

it's a package to give voice for the shell and irc chats. It works very good. I
hope to add new things

I just looked into this, and it appears the package is dead.  The home
page and SRC_URI are both not valid.

Please re-open this bug if you are still interested in us adding the
package to portage and supply corrected information.
