Stablize mozilla-1.7.11 as it fixes the regressions made during security bump.

I have dropped the mips keyword from all mozilla ebuilds, it should not be
there. It does not work on mips, it never has, and most likely will not for a
long time to come. Please read the developers manual again focusing on the
keywording policy in particular.
