Subversion fails to configure if Berkeley DB 4.0.14 is not installed.

checking for availability of Berkeley DB... no
configure: error: Berkeley DB 4.0.14 wasn't found.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Uninstall berkeley db (berkeleydb?)
2. emerge subversion
3.

Actual Results:  
Configure error:

configure: error: Berkeley DB 4.0.14 wasn't found.



Expected Results:  
Should install have berkeley db listed as a dependancy.

Actually, if I install the latest Berkeley DB, it still doesn't work. It wants 
this specific version for some reason?
