While in usermin there is no logout/feedback buttons present in the page 
header (should be top-right corner). They are if the package is installed 
manually from www.webmin.com.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load usermin
2. Log in
3. Look in top-right corner

Actual Results:  
No logout/feedback links.

Expected Results:  
There should be logout and feedback buttons in the top-right corner

this is only when usermin is viewed through apache proxy. not a gentoo problem.
