Bacula fails to compile with the following error:

configure: error: Invalid SQLite directory /usr - unable to find sqlite.h under /usr

SQLite (3.2.1-r3) is emerged and sqlite.h is located at /usr/include/sqlite.h.

Reproducible: Always
