a52dec-0.7.4-r5 fails to build on x86 (and should also fail on any other
architecture) due to an invalid patch file. Removing the epatch command from the
makefile results in correct compilation and does not impact the library, at
least under a Linux Kernel.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge k3b with USE-flags set to use a52dec
2. wait until a52dec is compiled
3.

Actual Results:  
Compilation broke off with an error message due to not being able to patch the
sources with a supplied patch file.

Expected Results:  
It should have installed correctly.
