no bugs open, out 30+ days, works fine both with and without proxy on a
mostly-stable amd64 setup.

Note - bug 99160 requests that this ebuild be modified to add support for c-ares
on amd64.  The ebuild works fine as-is (without c-ares support).  

Recommend creating a -r1 ebuild which enables c-ares on amd64 and keywording
that ~amd64, but the existing 7.14.0 ebuild should be stable.  Note that if you
create a -r1 you may (or may not) need to depend on a particular version of
c-ares - see bug 99160.
