just use dvorak layout and try to copy using Ctrl+C in x-chat or type b (for
forward) in bmp, you'll find out that part of the shortcut is responding
correctly to the key pressed and some are responding to the 'old' keys, that
means to the position of those, for example in x-chat Ctrl+C triggers what
Ctrl+I would do because "I" is in the "normal" layouts on the position C is in
dvorak
