I just checked all the md5's of the downloaded packages against whats in the Manifest, and they all match. Could you provide a build log? Have you tried changing mirrors? It compiled fine on my AMD64 server but not on the G3 Mac. And I emerge sync to my server then use that as an rsync server for my other machines... I'll grab the build log if I can find it... Hmm, couldn't find that but I copied the Manifest file off the AMD64 machine and rebuilt orbit and it worked. Could this be a sync issue instead maybe? Problem with 'emerge sync' on Macs? probably just a local issue with that machine, or the mirror that you are using. |
