a new version of the eciadsl software has been released. it includes the nortek
driver, fixes for eciadsl-synch and eciadsl-pppoeci and a new command named
eciadsl-ctrlui.

i've modified a bit the 0.10 ebuild so that it works with this new release.

Hmm, I cannot find any corresponding ebuild in the portage tree. Please, clarify.

ok, sorry.

I think the full package name should be globespan-adsl-0.11_beta1, with an
underscor beetwen "0.11" and "beta".

sorry for the delay. I was hoping that 0.11 would came along, but seems upstream
have pretty long release cycles.

quality of configure & makefile had considerably improved. no need for custom
src_unpack and src_compile anymore.
