When I click a source file from kdevelop designer project overview,
it shows "There is no plugin for editing C++ code installed.
Note: Plugins are not available in static Qt configurations."
I am sure I have the plugins. I emerge qt by default.
And I do not see any "static" or "dynamic" USE flag by emerge -pv qt.
I wonder is there any way to build a dynamic qt?

Please try to reemerge qt kdelibs and kdevelop. 
 
If this problem persists, post your 'emerge info' in bug 63813, we can reopen 
that bug in case.
