Someone "cleaned up" bittorrent-4.0.1.ebuild but that was the highest version previously marked stable for amd64. Do you have gnome-btdownload installed? Yes, it is. Looking at that ebuild, I see it requires bittorrent-3.4.x, which is what is forcing the downgrade. Emerge world is deciding to upgrade again, as 4.0.1 is marked stable, which is why this endless loop is going on. I've removed gnome-btdownload, as I'm not using it. Fixed. |
