As stated in the main page of aspell and in 
http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/aspell-announce/2005-06/msg00000.html there 
are new dictioanries for the following languages: csb ga hi hil it mr or pa uz

aspell-it has been added (#128835). I don't want to spend a lot of time on packages that hardly no-one uses and instead focus on the packages that the most people use. So if you need anyone in particular please open a bug with that package.
