ircd-hybrid-7.1.1 has been released and features the following additions and 
fixes:

o) Fixed build with static modules
o) Fixed BMASK
o) Fixed bug in /modrestart
o) Fixed ip leakage when hide_spoof_ips = yes.
o) Fixed remote /uncapture
o) Fixed severe race condition and memleak in auth
o) Allow changing localized numerics to have less %'s
o) Usermode +G, like +g, but allow messaging from people on common channels
o) Usermode +D - "deaf", don't receive channel messages
o) TB modules now replaces TBURST from contrib

P.S. I'm sorry to have to do this to you again Sven after so soon but our goal 
is to try and make releases more frequent than with 7.0.x. I thank you for your
