have one root server, idles all the day and need some work :-)

Athlon XP 2600+, 512MB RAM, 80Gig HDD, 100Mbit/s

IP: 62.75.252.130

rsync://rsync1.gentoo.mirror.sonic-lux.net/gentoo-portage
(DNS shows on the same IP ... )

Please make sure the mirror is syncing every 30 minutes, and I can go about adding it into rotation.

it should now sync portage every 30min.

but in my /etc/rsync/gentoo-mirror.conf is written that i sync against SRC="rsync://rsync.de.gentoo.org/gentoo-portage".

Should i change this to rsync1.us.gentoo.org or anything else ?
