cherokee has incorrect pic handling

the package should be fixed to always utilize PIC correctly and drop the USE=pic

Why must use PIC ever?
in some ocassion PIC can cause problems.

just remove the `use_with pic` and cherokee should do it correctly

these ebuilds still exist in the tree which abuse USE=pic:
www-servers/cherokee-0.4.21-r1
www-servers/cherokee-0.4.22
www-servers/cherokee-0.4.23
www-servers/cherokee-0.4.24
www-servers/cherokee-0.4.24-r1

but more importantly, 0.4.23 is the only version available for amd64

fixed and clened the ebuilds :)
anout the amd64 stuff.. i dont have any amd64 box to try the ebuild so if you want :)
