The message:

QA Notice: ECLASS 'multilib' inherited illegally in sys-devel/gnuconfig-20040214

was printed during "emerge -vu1 system"

The build then proceeded succesfully.

Proposed method to fix:
The QA notice should be abolished either by disabling the notice or by fixing
the ebuild.
