There is a reference to the old building page of the DRI :

The new address is :
http://dri.freedesktop.org/wiki/Building

Is the following link going to be maintained or is there an equivalent on your wiki?

I think it's equivalent to :
http://dri.freedesktop.org/wiki/FeatureMatrix
But the old link (http://dri.sourceforge.net/doc/dri_driver_features.phtml) is
still advertised there : http://dri.freedesktop.org/wiki/Status so maybe it's
not going away anytime soon, I don't know. Better link both maybe ?
