Bug 100672 – sci-biology/embassy-meme-2.3.1-r1 failed to compile; no Makefile found

I changed the use-flags of my remote-workstation from -X to X and wanted to 
recompile all apps with the new setting. (emerge --update --deep --newuse world)

About half of them went through straight, but one claims about a missing 
Makefile:

I tried pinning to a lower version (like 2.3.0) but it seems like there is no 
older version available... 
I also re-downloaded the distfile and completely uninstalled & tried to 
reinstall this app but to no avail. 

Like said: this app was installed before! But now - even after resetting the 
use-flag to -X it won't install. (which makes me think, the problem lies 
elsewhere) 
Confusingly, other apps compile fine...

Thanks for reporting. This is my fault really, but it ought to be fixed now. 
Just sync your tree in an hour or so and try again.
