ncbi-tools-20050605 has been released.

1) cd /usr/portage/distfiles
2) wget ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/toolbox/ncbi_tools/old/20050605/ncbi.tar.gz
3) mv ncbi.tar.gz ncbi-tools-20050605.tar.gz
4) cd /usr/portage/sci-biology/ncbi-tools
5) cp ncbi-tools-20050429.ebuild ncbi-tools-20050605.ebuild
6) ebuild ncbi-tools-20050605.ebuild digest

..the other file it downloads ncbi-tools-sdk-doc.tar.bz2 is still the same old
one found in ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/toolbox/ncbi_tools/docs/ 

7) emerge -av ncbi-tools (might need to add ~x86 or ~amd64 keyword due to masked
status)

This seems to work ok.
