The urls in /etc/conf.d/ntpd are wrong, following urls gives a list of public
ntp-servers:
http://www.eecis.udel.edu/~mills/ntp/clock1.html
http://www.eecis.udel.edu/~mills/ntp/clock2.html

(the l from html is missing)
