Wrote a shot ebuild to install the Elsevier style (for publishing in Elsevier  
Journals, see http://authors.elsevier.com/getting_published.html?dc=QG3) from  
CTAN. I'm not sure how to handle the ebuild version and the license (it just  
says 'copyright Elsevier' on several places). Ebuild follows...

hi. i made different ebuild which is for both elsevier styles and bibtex styles.
i have prepared everything to put it into sunrise overlay, but its part of sunrise 
policy that the appropriate bug is assigned to maintainer-wanted@gentoo.org.

please can you reassign it?

A newer version is included in texlive. Removed from sunrise.
