foomatic-rip uses /usr/local/etc/foomatic/filter.conf (confirmed by looking at
the perl code), but gentoo installs filter.conf into /etc/filter.conf. had to ln
-s /etc/foomatic /usr/local/etc/ to work around it, but gentoo should patch
foomatic-filters to use $sysconfdir

Please provide a simple patch or a sed line and REOPEN.
or point me to where exactly the bug is and REOPEN.
