Subject: [PATCH 1/2] mail-client/neomutt: Drop USE="slang" and bump EAPI

Upstream decided to drop support for slang in favor of only ncurses in
upstream commit 23c300ff0f24c97586ec972fdec2703aedde14d7[1] as
maintaining both libraries gains little benefit yet a great maintenance
burden[2].

If you used slang you can just drop USE="slang" on neomutt. There is no
sense in neomutt without ncurses, so there is no USE flag for that
either which you would need to enable. You might need to adopt colours
in your neomuttrc though.
