Subject: [PATCH 2/3] ebuild-writing/users-and-groups: drop uncommon variables
 from example.

As this page now recommends, the following variables should usually be
left unset:

 * ACCT_USER_SHELL
 * ACCT_USER_HOME
 * ACCT_USER_HOME_OWNER
 * ACCT_USER_HOME_PERMS

Towards that goal, this commit removes them from the example.
