	* Initial ebuild.  Built and tested on x86 system only.  

	id3mtag is actually called id3 by author and sometimes "id3 mass
	tagger", but has been renamed to id3mtag for this ebuild to avoid
	name conflicts with the other packages.  Accordingly, binaries and
	manuals installed as "id3mtag" instead of "id3"
