Implementation plan for elogind:
--------------------------------
To be able to thoroughly test all required updates and changes, the following workflow is hereby proposed:

1) For each package that has systemd-logind support a bug is opened, blocking this bug.
 -> Suggested title: "<category>/<package>: Add elogind support"
 ->  The bug is assigned to me (yamakuzure@gmx.net)

2) Once an ebuild and required patches are ready, I'll publish them through my overlay (layman/seden) and in the corresponding bug.
 -> Everybody who wants to help with early testing can do so using my overlay via layman.

3) When no issues are left with the proposed updates, the packages bug is re-assigned to the KDE Team.

4) Once all bugs blocking this tracker are handed over to the KDE-Team, the tracker is re-assigned, too.

5) After review, the updates and changes are then added to the kde overlay, to allow for more testing by a wider audience.

6) When everything is confirmed to be complete, an integration into the main portage tree can be proposed.
