o The trademark is asserted at the bottom of this and other pages, and means
that if others were to call their software "MetaKit", they would violate the
trademark rights of Equi4 Software. Don't do it, the name is claimed, and
has been in active use for several years. 

o Copyrights automatically apply to everything written, including the source
code of MetaKit, its documentation, and the pages on this website. As a
reminder, the copyright attribution of all source code written by me
contains a notice to that effect. Copyrights apply worldwide, establishing

per year. It offers production-grade support, for companies who rely on the
software and require a solid commercial backing for MetaKit: 

o Guaranteed support on technical issues, building, porting, and extending
MetaKit. 
o One day of consulting from Equi4 software, usable for custom MK-related
work. 
o Immediate notification of fixes and updates, advance info on planned
changes. 


MetaKit is a trademark of Equi4 Software.
