The ghostscript-7.05.4.ebuild works for me

The ghostscript-7.05.4.ebuild appears to work ok with cups and gimp-print-cups,
but there is still the bug that cups now prints two blank pages with each
copy sent to lpr.  Will need to open bug for cups on that.
