The old ebuild tries to download
  http://github.com/warner/python-ecdsa-0.8/tarball/python-ecdsa-0.8
when it should be downloading
  https://github.com/warner/python-ecdsa/tarball/python-ecdsa-0.8

This patch fixes the ebuild from the sunrise overlay.
