To complete the installation of Aigaion 2.0, with an empty database:

    1)  Create a new MySQL database (e.g. aigaion2), with an appropriate user.
    	e.g. mysqladmin -u username -p create aigaion2
    2)  Point your browser to http://<server>/aigaion/install/install.php

    From there on, follow the instructions on the screen. After you
    are done, it is probably a good idea to remove the install files
    from /var/www/<server>/htdocs/aigaion/install/
