As decided in the Council meeting on 2019-11-10, all meeting summaries
added after this date are licensed under the Creative Commons
Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC-BY-SA-4.0) [1].

The above also applies retroactively to the summaries of all meetings
since February 2014, as acknowledged by their respective authors.
For the status of older summaries, please consult bug 700364 [2].

The Gentoo Council does not claim copyright for the raw IRC logs.
Depending on jurisdiction, they may or may not be copyrightable.
