Subject: [PATCH 1/1] ebuild-maintenance: update "Gentoo-bug" tag in an example
 commit message.

The example commit message in the "Removing a package" section has a
"Gentoo-bug" tag, from back when that was kinda-sorta the standard.
These days, "Bug: <url>" is recommended.

The existing example shows the output from "git show", including the
commit hash and author information. As a result, it's not quite
correct to just mangle the "Gentoo-bug" tag. Instead. I've removed the
commit/author information entirely, leaving only the (fixed) commit
message. A commit message is all that was promised in the preceding
paragraph, so we have not altered that deal.
