Some of the servers at OSL are getting very old, and are no longer powerful
enough for services.

Solution:
---------
Replace 6U+ of hardware with half-width 1U Atom 330 nodes, to save rack space
and power.

Justification:
--------------
The infrastructure team prefers split hardware for services to help isolation
between machines in case of hardware problems. The Atom nodes proposed are
very similar to existing Atom hardware that we have available at ByteMark, and
Mike Doty already runs Gentoo on an identical one, so we know that they will
just work.
